Our Story
Morkaland is the idea of a group of friends. Although they are as different as possible, they share the same love for surfing and sports entertainment.
our common goal is the pursuit of personal satisfaction and the creation of friendly ideas.
Since flying is not the most ecological way to surf, they had the idea to bring the surfer lifestyle to their home and build the first in-door water sport entertainment complex right in the center of Toronto.
Meet the team
Mohammad Reza Kashani
Business Owner,Investor,Wakeboarder,kiteboarder,professional Scubba Diver(PADI)
Mohammad Reza started his career by training under the Best diving instructors to become a certified recreational diving coach, later on he took a significant step by establishing The Yatch Club on the beautful Island of Kish.
Today, he works closely with the dedicated
team of Morkalanad to research and develop a Venue striving to satisfy both the essential needs of the Canadian community and his personal endeavors.
Previous Events that he organized:
- Premier Trail Motorcycles event in Kish Island
- Premier Kiteboarding event in Kish Island
- Cable Wakeboarding event in Kish Island
Recognition features:
- Establishing an Artificial Diving Site with more than 10 ginormous statues of Persian Historic figures such as Cyrus the Great
- Establishing a special park designated to protect sea coral habitats

Omid Aslan
Cable Wakeboarder, Kiteboarder, and Professional Instructor.
Omid embarked on his professional journey in cable wakeboarding in 2011.
His passion for the sport quickly led him to international competitions, where he made his mark. In addition to cable wakeboarding he pursued kiteboarding as a pro.
Recognition feature:head of the Ocean Waterpark team on Kish Island.
Achievements and awards:
-2012 World Championships Philippines
-2015 World Championships in Shanghai
-2017 World Championships in Phuket
-certified PADI Divemaster and lifeguard
-member of the Iranian national cable wakeboarding team
Vahid Rajabi
Kite-boarding instructor
when living on an island surrounded by the sea, a sport that revolves around being on the water should be pursued.
This was the case for Vahid.
Since water sports were embraced, a lifestyle change was brought about, There, participation in various water sports became easily feasible. Diving and water skiing were initially undertaken until kiteboarding was discovered

Salar Asbaghi
Movement Rehabilitation Doctor
Have you ever imagined a world where human movement doesn't exist?
Salar is a dedicated Orthotist and Prosthetist, he transformed field of movements into a personal mission.
He realized that having a great goal is essential:
helping individuals regain their full range of motion and activity.
To achieve this, various sports were explored and pathways were developed to assist people in improving their mobility and enhancing their abilities. The joining of the Morkaland team was seen as a natural step in the journey. There, the perfect environment was found to fulfill the mission.
At Morkaland, contributions are made to a vision that goes beyond recovery, empowering people to embrace life with vitality and joy.
Arian Tabib
Graphic designer
Arian started as a 3D artist in 2017 with V-Ray software, In 2019 he began selling 3D modules online, Arian continues his software learning journey with Lumion, Twin motion, enscape and Unreal engine

Saba Tehrani
Architect
Saba is a dynamic and innovative architect.
With a strong foundation in architecture and diverse work experience in both in her home country and Canada, Saba has developed a keen interest in the ever-evolving fields of interior and plan design.
Passionate about pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking, Saba is dedicated to acquiring new skills and presenting bold, fresh ideas that challenge the status quo.
This drive to innovate aligns seamlessly with the vision of Morkaland, where creativity and daring concepts are at the forefront of every project. Saba is contributing to Morkaland's mission of creating groundbreaking designs that inspire and resonate with people.

Bahar Tehrani
Architect
Bahar has three degrees in interior architecture. She tries to create special spaces with his unique designs. She seeks to create a new style of designs. She is trying to form the most diverse and creative architecture studio. She has cooperation in the field of interior design with Canada. She has work experience in an architectural office.
Bahar’s goal : collaborate with the Morkaland team to design spaces that not only meet the aesthetic needs of clients but also create environments where happiness and tranquility flourish. She is determined to contribute her creativity and expertise to take meaningful steps together in crafting spaces that truly enhance the well-being of the community.
